This is not a fee associated by the Building Unit, but payment necessary for the usage of buffer spaces during construction and construction debris removal, green spaces maintenance amongst others.<\/li><li><em>Buffer fee is <b><u>NOT<\/u>\u00a0<\/b>refundable.<\/em><\/li><li>Drawings are sent to the Building Unit for approval, the entire process as per regulations shall take a maximum of 14 working days. The Unit shall contact the applicant prior the establish time in case approval of if any revisions are needed.<\/li><li>Drawings that have obtained the No Objection to Proposed Development must leave a set of construction drawing with the Building Unit.<\/li><li>Permission must be given by the Engineering Section for construction material to be stored on streets and building of any infrastructure outside of client&#8217;s property.<\/li><li>The building unit must be given notice <strong>(7)<\/strong> seven days prior to the start of construction.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd90c94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"fd90c94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c80137 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3c80137\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f59ee81 divider_yes elementor-widget elementor-widget-wgl-double-headings\" data-id=\"f59ee81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wgl-double-headings.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wgl-double_heading acenter\">                <h3 class=\"dbl-title_wrapper\"><span class=\"dbl-title dbl-title_1\">Building Regulations<\/span>                 <\/h3>        <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e1c60a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9e1c60a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f15c0ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f15c0ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; color: #555555; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">The building shouldn\u2019t occupy more than 60% of surface area of property, unless approved otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">Any construction should be at least 4 feet away from the boundary of property.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">All construction should have an approved plan by the council.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">In event that you\u2019re constructing a fence and it shouldn\u2019t be above 6 feet high, unless approved otherwise.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">All driveways over open drains should have an approved plan.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Roboto; text-rendering: optimizelegibility; line-height: 24px; font-weight: 400; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;\">Any construction that is being done the plan should always be on site, in case of building inspector.<\/p><\/li><li>A complete set of<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Approved Drawings and Building Permit<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>must always be on site for inspection by the Building Inspector.
