LICENSE?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4882\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4882\"><p>Every person who wishes to commence a trade within the city limits shall, before he commences such a business, submit to the Board of the city wherein he proposes to set his trade, an application in writing\u00a0 signed by him setting out the nature of the trade he proposes to set up, his name and address, his place of birth and nationality and such other particulars as may be relevant to his application (<a href=\"https:\/\/belmopancitycouncil.org\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Cap-66-Trade-Licensing-Act-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trade Licensing Act, Chp. 66, Revised Edition 2020<\/a>)<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div WITHOUT A TRADE LICENSE<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4885\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4885\"><p>Any person who contravenes section 9 of this Act, is guilty of an<br \/>offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five<br \/>hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months<br \/>or to both such fine and imprisonment, and shall cease to carry on the<br \/>business concerned.
